You got a 1099R for it? Did you enter it into the federal? What did you already pay for federal? The tax due or the Turbo Tax fees?

If all, or a portion, of certain pensions are not taxed in your state (NY, for example) you will be asked a series a questions in your federal return after 1099-R entry screen. This information will pass through to your state return.
