I received an error with my 1099-R form. The online form has a "State distribution" but my physical form doesn't show this value. What is it?

The online form shows a Box 16 for State Distribution, but my actual form doesn't include this box. What do I enter into the online form? I'm getting an error because I have an estimated state tax paid from an inherited IRA, but not certain what goes into this box 16.

If you are getting an error message with regard to needing an amount in Form 1099-R box 16 because there were state withholdings reported, enter the amount reported in box 1 of your Form 1099-R for the state distribution amount box 16.  

This will clear the error message without affecting your tax return.
