I received a form 1099-R but it is a distribution code G, it is a rollover to another qualified plan and I did not withdrawn any money do I still have to attach this

Yes, you need to add the 1099-R rollover into TurboTax, however, if you are mailing your returns you do not need to attach a copy to your tax return when mailing (since no tax was withheld).

To add a Form 1099-R:

1. Sign In or Open TurboTax

2. Click on "Take me to my return" (Online)

3. Select "My account" on top right of screen (Online)

4. Click on "Tools" (Online)

5. Choose "Topic Search" (Online) or "Search Topics" (Desktop)

6. Type "Form 1099-R" and push "go" (Online) or “ok” (Desktop) to continue through the 1099-R interview.
