I received a 401k check from my previous company, and now I'm doing taxes. Do I fill the 401k check the same as my W2?

Yes. You should receive a form 1099-R to report this 401K withdrawal. Please follow the directions below to enter it.

Alternatively, you can use the topic search tool in Turbo Tax Online.
- Sign in to your account click take me to my return.(unless already in return)
- Click my account, at the top of the page.
- Select tools in the drop down menu.
- Click topic search, type in form 1099-R and click go.
