I received a 1099-r that indicates Total distribution of funds. The account is still open. Anything that needs to be done?

Total distribution should have not Ben checked as I have funds in the account. This was a normal distribution. What should I do?

Unfortunately, you need to contact the issuer and get them to correct the 1099-R.  If the information is not entered exactly like it is presented on the form, the IRS could have questions.
