I received a 1099-R however I never actually received this income directly. It was deposited by my employment into another IRA. Do I need to still add this 1099-R form

Yes, you should report it, though presumably it will have no effect on your taxable income.

If the code in Box 7 of the 1099-R is a "G" then TurboTax will recognize it as a trustee-to-trustee rollover and the amount of the distribution will show up on line 15a or 16a of the Form 1040, (depending on the nature of the account that made the distribution), but lines 15b or 16b - "Taxable amount" - will be $0.  If there's some other code or codes in Box 7 then TurboTax will ask some follow up questions - don't stop the interview simply when you're done entering the 1099-R - to see if it's a "rollover" situation.
