I received a 1099-R form and did not receive what they are claiming I did and I need help? I’ve tried every possible way to get ahold of them including voicemails & email

It is Randall Hurley or Charles Schwab Trust Bank. Neither will contact me back. Help because I don’t want to misfile.

@aliyah-callihan You could have got it for many reasons. What kind of account? Is it from a IRA or 401K account? Did you do anything in that account, like move it to another plan or did you have a loan on it you didn't pay back?
