I received a 1099 R but did not receive the money from my job

I checked bank records and I never received the money that is on the 1099 R form

If Box 7 has code "G" in it then this is considered a "rollover" and you would not have received the money in your bank account. However, you should still enter the information into your tax return since your received the 1099-R.
