I received a 1099-G form from Kansas Dept of Revenue, box 2 $375, box 3 amount is for 2014 tax year, do I need to add this to my tax form I have already filed this year?

No, not if you didn't itemize deductions in 2014. Your state income tax refund is only taxable if you itemized deductions and claimed a deduction for those taxes in the prior year, and you got a tax benefit of more that you would have if you took the optional Sales Tax Deduction.

So if you never itemize, you wouldn't need to report this refund.
