I received a 1098-Q that relates to a delayed annuity (related to my RMD in a New York Life annuity). Where to enter this on the 1040? Thank you.

I don't believe this 1098Q gets entered n the return, its just a report form that's sent to you and IRS.

Lisa 995 is correct.  The 1098Q form you received is an INFORMATION form only.  It does not indicate that any taxable income was generated from the issuer.
