I receive SS disability benefits, my wife and children also. My wife also gets a W2 and a 1099 taxes withheld. Do I have to claim all benefits even the kids?

Both you and she enter all income received on your tax return including the Social Security benefits received.  You do Not enter the SS benefits received by the children on your tax return.  If the children do not have any other income they do not report the SS benefits received on a tax return.
