I receive an IRA disbursement from my deceased mother's IRA. Will Turbo Tax Deluxe cover this as well?

Yes, TurboTax Deluxe covers income from IRAs.

But do I put it in the same place as if it were my own IRA or is there a separate place to enter it since it was  an inheritance?

You enter it the same way as your 1099R.  In fact it is your 1099R, it has your ssn on it.
