I receive a monthly retirement chk of $209 from a previous employer & increased my 401K contributions w/ my current employer to cover $209. Is this a rollover? .

No, that is not a rollover. You will receive a 1099-R from your previous employer, for the $209 a month. Even if it were considered a rollover, you only get one rollover a year. However, the additional $209 you are contributing to new employers 401K, is not taxable, so as long as you do not incur a penalty , I guess it is a wash.

No, that is not a rollover. You will receive a 1099-R from your previous employer, for the $209 a month. Even if it were considered a rollover, you only get one rollover a year.
