I receive a 1099R from my husband's former employer which is showm as taxable for Pa., which it is not. I entered the exact info from the 1099 into Turbo tax but can't get this corrected. Help

There are two possible issues:

1. The 1099R is not marked correctly, either in the program or on the form.

You need to go back to the federal input screen and make sure the state distribution is marked as zero.
If the 1099R shows a state distribution, you may need to be sure it is not taxable. If it is not taxable, contact the issuer for a corrected 1099-R.

2. The income may be taxable. Here is the income PA says is taxable vs not taxable: Former employer is not descriptive enough.
