I put my 1099 R in and explained disaster relief. When I was all done it looked like I had 2 1099-R forms so I sent one to the garbage and everything disappeared,why?

Search for 1099-R, and use the Jump to link to be taken to the 1099-R summary screen to see what forms are entered. You may need to refresh your screen, or clear your cache. Re-enter the 1099-R carefully and go through the follow-up questions again.

i owe 200 on fed return. refund 900 0n state. i chose .the option .to pay fed through my bank. why, when i'm ready to e-file, my total refund is 600? am i paying twice?? i need this explained before I file. also why is there NO WAY to call someone
