I put $3,225.21 into my employee retirement fund where does that go on tax form?

When entering your W-2 information in TurboTax, include the Box 12 information as well.  Your contribution to your employer's retirement account should be reflected in Box 12 of your W-2.  The code displayed determines the type of retirement plan offered by your employer.  TurboTax will ask questions to help you figure out what other information may be required to report on your tax return.  If you do not see your contribution in Box 12, then contact your employer's payroll department for an explanation.
