The software that you will need is TurboTax Home and Business.

In the software there will be a menu across the top. You should first put in your PERSONAL INFO.  Once that's done you can start on your BUSINESS

1. Select BUSINESS
2. I'll Choose What I Work On
3. Select Business Income and Expenses
4. Yes to Did you have any Income....
5. After answering multiple business questions You'll see Your Business
6. Select Business Income
7. You can post your 1099-MISC here

This software will also provide you with a section for EXPENSES.
