I now owe state tax to arizona because one of the 1099r income tax withheld was not transfered from federal form to state form, what can i do?

Does Box 12 of your 1099-R show state taxes withheld? If so, be sure you entered the information into TurboTax. If Box 12 is empty, that means no state taxes were withheld.

box 12 shows state tax withheld, how do I ENTER this info when turbotax has already be completed?

Did you file already? If not, go back to the 1099-R interview and enter it.
