I need to withdraw excess HSA contribution and submitted a request to the bank. Now, do I need to wait till the money come out to be counted as no excess contribution?

Even though I submitted the request to withdraw the excess HSA contribution, I have no way to tell that they can process it in a timely manner.  I still have about 10 business days.  So, I guess it should be fine.  But, I want to file the tax return earlier. Since I already submitted the request, if I say I withdrew the excess contribution in my tax return, is it ok?

Yes, go ahead and tell TurboTax that you withdrew the excess contribution before April 18th. It would be a good idea to write down the date of the request and who you talked to, to stick in your tax files, in case anyone ever asks.
