Yes, you are in the correct form.

 To report your retirement income:

  • Log in to your return
  • Click on Federal Taxes (or Personal – if you have a Business tab)
  • Click on Wages and Income (or Personal Income)
  • If you have a Business tab, click on “I’ll Choose What I Work On”
  • On the Income Summary Page, scroll to Retirement Plans and Social Security
  • Click on Show More if needed
  • Click the button beside IRA, 401(k), Pension Plans (1099-R)

Work through the questions.
