You may create W-2's and 1099 forms using Intuit's Quick Employer Forms.  See this link.

You may also create W-2's and 1099 forms using TurboTax CD / Download Home & Business.

Log into your account

Scroll down to Your Account and click on Show

Click on Create W-2s and 1099s

Or In the Downloaded H&B version,

Anywhere on any screen you will see....
