I need to enter 1099-R info for my wife but it only gives the option to enter it for me.

I am not sure where you are finding that you can't enter a Form 1099-R for your wife.

The attached sample screenshot shows where you can identify the 1099-R as belonging to your wife. It will appear after you choose "Add another Form 1099-R"
