Did you e-file already?   If you already e-filed--you cannot add anything at this time.  You wait for the e-file to reject and add it, or you wait for an accepted return to be fully processed and amend later---the Form 1040X you will need is not available until late February.

Or...are you still in the midst of preparing your return?   If so....what kind of 1099 do you need to enter?  SSA1099? 1099G?  1099R?  1099B?  1099NEC?   etc etc etc.
