I need to add a SEP IRA contribution to our 2019 return. Postings indicate search in upper right, SELF-EMPLOYED RETIREMENT' click the JUMP icon. No JUMP icon is there

If you are using TurboTax online to Amend the 2019 tax return, try this -

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen. Click on Tools. Click on Topic Search. Type in self-employed retirement. With the key words highlighted, click on GO.

Are you preparing or amending a 2019 return?  You have to use the Desktop installed program, are you?  Here's a screen shot from WIndows 2019 Home & Business program......

to get jump-to to work, you have to enter the exactly correct keyword or keyword phrases. just close is not enough.

and yes you can spend a lot of time trying to puzzle this out.
