I misplaced my 1099-k form that I received in the mail. How do I get a new one?

Do I need this form to file my taxes for 2021?
I am self employed. Very small business on Etsy.

You have to get another copy from Etsy.

All you need is the total income you received ... you can skip the 1099-K entry section and simply enter the total in the Sch C income area ...
