You don't enter or import a 5498 into your tax return. That is for your info only. You only enter 1099R you get. You have to manually enter any IRA Contributions you made.

I uploaded my W2 and it appears that turbotax is double counting the HSA contribution. I don't know how to fix that. Where can I ensure that the HSA contribution has not been double counted
