Do you still get W2s? You have to file ALL your income on the same tax return at the same time. A 1099K is usually for self employment income. You need to use the Self Employed version for that.
You can't file your W-2 on a separate return. You must report on your income tax return all income received in 2021 and all your tax forms.
The IRS has a copy of your W-2. If you don't report it, then the IRS will send you a notice in the mail.
You file one tax return for the entire year that lists all your income, deductions, credits, and dependents. If you have gross income reported on a 1099-K, that might or might not be taxable income depending on what kind of transactions are involved. You don’t have to use TurboTax if you don’t want to, but whatever tax solution you use, you must report all your income on one tax return.
