I'm trying to enter a 1099R manually but the instructions in the help search did not work.

I'm stuck in the loop where it wants to connect to an institution for 1099R download.  My institutions are not on the download list and the bypass instructions in another post are not working.  I just need a link to enter a 1099R manually.  Thanks for any help.

If you can't escape the loop, see if you can delete the form and retry it. When you enter it again, click on the "I'll enter it a different way" and then the "I'll type it in myself" will appear.
