I'm getting a $96 Retirement Savings Credit. However, I then have to pay $79 for the deluxe edition. Can I skip it?

You can cause TurboTax to deny you this credit by indicating in the Retirement Savings Contributions Credit section that you were a full-time student.  However, why would you want to do that?  By claiming the credit you end up $17 to the good.  ($96 tax credit - $79 TurboTax cost = $17)
