I'm claiming tuition as an umreimbursed employee expense...do I have to deduct the 2% of my AGI since it falls under the 2% rule, or do you do it for me?

Enter the total amount of tuition, books and fees paid along with any other unreimbursed employee expenses (possibly mileage from work to school?). TurboTax will automatically deduct the 2% AGI threshold.
Please feel free to post any additional details or questions in the comment section.

You can deduct the mileage if you go directly from your work site to the school. You cannot deduct the mileage from school back to home, unless the schooling is considered temporary (expected to last less than 1 year and actually does last less than 1 year).
