if you do not have a 1099 form you can take the steps below to delete the form

While in your return, type 1099-misc in the Search box and then select the Jump to link. This will take you directly to the 1099-MISC Summary screen. Select Edit or Delete next to the 1099-MISC you want to change or delete.

If you’re deleting a 1099-MISC, answer Yes when you’re asked to confirm the deletion.
