I lived abroad. I filled out form 2555. For some reason, line 21d lists $80,000 as income. I don't know why. How can I delete it? I can't even find it.

did you have housing provided by the employer ?

Where did you enter the wages earned  -- as a W-2  or under "Foreign Earned Income and Exclusion " ?  Do you recognize a 80 K figure from any other income ?

I am assuming that you are US citizen/Resident ( Green Card ) --yes?  Is this your first year abroad?  When did you arrive there ?  How much was your total foreign earned income ?  Are you being paid by a local entity?  All in the local currency or do you also get some as US$ and  with a W-2?  Which country?
