I live in Florida but i worked and retired in California and am receiving pension from my job in California. Do I have to pay income taxes in Florida?

If you did not work in CA at all in 2018 and did not live in CA in 2018, then you would have no state income to file at all.

As comment above says, "FL has no state income tax."
