I keep having to come back to the “I didn’t receive any disastrous pay between 2018-2020” check box and I can’t submit the form saying I never received it!

This is a known issue within TurboTax and is under investigation. I'll update you here when I have further information.

@f3f5d5d7d7a9 Today TurboTax released an article relating to this issue. Developers are working to quickly resolve this problem. See the article I'm linking below for an opportunity to sign up for email notification when the issue has been resolved.
