An afterthought since the form looks a lot easier to prepare than it is, actually, and the form is not supported by TurboTax.
There is software that you can use to prepare a 709 for circa $50 which will do the calculations for you. If you use the search terms, "us gift tax software 2022 now available", you will find the link.
