I have two distributions from two distinct retirement funds, but they did not sent a 1099. How do I enter this income?

You need the Form 1099-R from those plans to enter on your tax return.  Contact the plans for the Form 1099-R, they may have them available on their website.

You need to get the 1099R forms.   Ask them for a copy.  Or maybe you can log into your retirement accounts and download a pdf of them.  Some places don't mail the forms and you have to get them online.
