I have to mail in my returns. I am including all W-2 and 1099 forms. Do I also have to mail in the various 1098 forms I have?

No - there is no requirement to attach Form 1098 to your return - just ensure that you have entered the mortgage interest paid, points paid on purchase of principal residence (if applicable) and real estate taxes paid, if any, into TurboTax, for inclusion as Schedule A itemized deductions, if you can itemize.
