I have three 1099-r forms from the same source. Do I file three separate forms or do I combine totals from all three in one filing?

I was sent 3 different 1099-R forms from Concordia Pension Fund.  If you add them up they add up to my monthly income from that source.  My question is this: do I file all 3 separate forms OR may I combine the three totals and file it one time?

You should enter each of the Form 1099-R's separately into TurboTax.
