I have three 1099 DIV: 1) the deceased, 2) EIN trust, and 3) Personal. Do I enter the EIN DIV1099 on personal return or in the deceased's return?

Which return do I enter 1099 Dividends for the deceased?  There is no "trust" return, rather a personal tax return for the deceased.

Did the trust receive income that was reported under its EIN?

If so, a 1041 may have to be filed for the trust.
