The 2019 SSA-1099 cannot be entered on a 2020 tax return.  The Social Security Administration will send you the 2020 SSA-1099 in the mail before the end of January 2021.

Be patient.  They haven't come yet.  They have until Feb 1 to send it to you.  Last  year I got  mine on Jan 21.  I always write down when I receive forms.

And it's too early to file anyway.

I used my 2019 SSA-1099 with 2020 federal tax and I just got the 2020 SSA-1099 in the mail today. Since I used the wrong SSA-1099 will be able fix it after IRS acceptance my federal taxes on February 12th.

If you have already e-filed your 2020 Federal tax return, it depends whether your e-filed tax return is has been accepted by the IRS.

If your e-filed 2020 Federal tax return has been accepted by the IRS, you will prepare an amended return form 1040X to make the change of SSA-1099 information.  Amended return form 1040X is currently not available.

In the meantime, do NOT make any changes in your original return.  If you end up needing to amend it, it must start off exactly as it was when you originally filed it.  If you have to amend, then do not make any changes in it until the Amend program tells you to.

If your e-filed 2020 Federal tax return has been rejected by the IRS, you will make the change of SSA-1099 information as well as correct the error(s) that cause the e-file rejection.

If you have not yet e-filed your 2020 Federal tax return, you may make the change of SSA-1099 information before you e-file the Federal tax return.
