You enter the 1099-R *EXACTLY* as printed. Then pay attention to detail on the follow up screens so you make the correct selections to indicate this was a conversion. Note that you will pay taxes on the money. But since you converted it, no penalty will be assessed.

Thanks, i agree that no penalty, but I should not be paying taxes as well. Its a post tax money, if i pay tax on the money i will be paying twice. Is there any where i can say its a post tax money?

Thanks, I will wait for TurboTaxSee, But is my understanding correct that I should not be paying tax on the conversion amount since its on same year and I never claimed tax benefit on my traditional contribution?
