I have completed my input and printed the forms. I need to add a RRB-1099-R form, but can not get a form to open.

I have tried every answer and what the help screen says to do but it still does not work.  Is there any way to talk to a human and ask the question?

Accessing the section to enter a Form 1099-R is fairly simple and if you select the RRB-1099-R the form on the TurboTax screen has the same fields as the RRB-1099-R that you received.
What is the problem you are having in entering the form?

To enter a form 1099-R -

• Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
• Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)
• Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
• Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
• On IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R), click the start or update button

Or enter 1099-r in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen.  Click on Jump to 1099-R

Make sure that you select the correct form on the form selection screen - RRB-1099-R
