I have been getting two pension checks every month for more than ten years. Turbo Tax wants to know how much was RMD. The pension plans say they do not consider them RMD

While the plan might not call them RMDs, they are indeed required distributions under the tax code, so the entire amount is RMD.  Being an RMD simply means that these distributions are not eligible for rollover.

For pension plans .....indicate it is an RMD, and that ALL of it is an RMD.
