Yes, TurboTax Online offers the deduction for MI ABLE contributions.

Here is how to do this in TurboTax Online:

Navigate to State Taxes > Your State Returns > Michigan > Start or Continue
Answer the informational questions
On the screen Here's the income that Michigan handles differently, scroll to Education and select "Contribution to Michigan Education Savings Program"
