I have a small c corporation that is 2 years old, it did not make any money last year, the gross income was under $50,000. Can I need to file an extension?

The due date for filing a tax return for a C-corp is March 15, 2019. You can no longer file an extension after the due date.

You should file form 1120 for the C-corp as soon as possible to minimize penalties for late filing.
