I have a small amount of income that does not require 1099 Misc but Turbo Tax requires me to file form 8819-T. As far as I can tell I do not need this form.

How are you reporting the income?
- Open your return in TurboTax
- Go to Federal Taxes, then Income & Expenses
- Edit/Add/Update Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C under Less Common Income
-
Start/Revisit other income not already reported on a Form W-2 or Form 1099
-
When asked 'did you earn any other wages?' select continue, choose other, enter description/amount
