I have a section in my W-2 that says Contribution to CODA PLANS. What Box number is that?

Is this an IRS W-2 (see this example) or a W-2PR (see page iv for an old example)?

TurboTax does not support the W-2PR.

If this is an IRS W-2, where does it say, "CODE PLANS"?
