I have a Roth IRA, but made no contributions or took any distributions. I have a 5498. Do I need to enter anything?

No. There is nothing to enter if you made no contributions and didn't take out any money.

Form 5498 is informational. You don't type it in, and the information is not relevant to your situation this year.
