I have a form 1099-G for unemployment compensation in BOX 1. However, the Turbo form does not show a BOX 1. Where to I enter this income?

To enter unemployment compensation

• Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
• Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)
• Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
• Under Unemployment
• On Unemployment and Paid Family Leave, click the start or update button

Or enter unemployment compensation in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to unemployment compensation

You must be looking in the wrong place.

You can  type  "unemployment compensation"  into the search box at the top of your return and hit find.  It should give you a Jump To link to take you right to it.

Or Enter a 1099G for unemployment under

Federal on left

Wages & Income at top

 Unemployment - Click the Start or Update Button.
