I have a fedloan cancellation debt of zero dollars that is sent and not a 1099-C. Do I still enter it as 1099-C with zero amounts on tax return?

I have a fedloan cancellation debt of zero dollars that is sent and not a 1099-C. Do I still enter it as 1099-C with zero amounts on tax return?
If the Federal Loan debt Cancellation was Zero Dollars, then you do not need to input anything into TurboTax regarding it.
